1.1 General Principle
Due to the nature of our business automation services, which involve substantial custom work, resource allocation, and specialized expertise from our team, all payments made to AutomationNow.io are non-refundable. By engaging our services and making payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
1.2 Advance Payments
All services require advance payment as specified in our Terms of Service. These advance payments are non-refundable once work has been initiated on your project.
1.3 Rationale
Our no-refund policy is based on the following factors:
- Each automation solution is uniquely tailored to specific client requirements
- Our team commits significant time and resources to planning and strategizing before implementation begins
- Upon project initiation, we allocate specialized staff and resources that cannot be reassigned without cost
- Our services involve intellectual property and knowledge transfer that cannot be "returned"
2.1 Definition of Complete Non-Delivery
A refund may be considered solely in the exceptional circumstance where AutomationNow.io is unable to deliver any part of the agreed-upon services. Complete non-delivery means that AutomationNow.io has failed to deliver any portion of the contracted automation services as specified in the written agreement.
2.2 Required Conditions
For a case to qualify as complete non-delivery, all of the following conditions must be met:
- AutomationNow.io has explicitly confirmed in writing that it cannot deliver any part of the agreed services
- The inability to deliver is solely due to reasons within AutomationNow.io's control
- The client has fulfilled all their obligations, including but not limited to providing necessary information, access, and cooperation
- No alternative solutions or modified deliverables have been accepted by the client
2.3 Refund Amount
In the rare case of complete non-delivery as defined above, the maximum refund amount will be limited to the specific payment made for the undelivered service components, less a 15% administrative and planning fee.
3.1 Delays
Delays in delivery of services, regardless of duration, do not constitute grounds for a refund. Project timelines are estimates and are subject to various factors, including client responsiveness and technical complexities that may be discovered during implementation.
3.2 Change of Requirements
Changes to project requirements, scope, or objectives after project initiation do not entitle you to a refund. Such changes may require additional time and costs as outlined in our Terms of Service.
3.3 Dissatisfaction with Delivered Services
Dissatisfaction with the delivered services, including but not limited to aesthetic preferences, performance expectations beyond the agreed specifications, or business outcomes, does not qualify for a refund.
3.4 External Factors
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to changes in third-party APIs, platform policies, client systems, or force majeure events, do not qualify for a refund.
3.5 Partial Delivery
If some components of the agreed services have been delivered, no refund will be provided, even if other components remain undelivered.
4.1 Preferred Resolution Approach
In lieu of refunds, AutomationNow.io offers the following remedies for addressing client concerns:
- Service adjustments within the original scope of work
- Additional consultation to optimize delivered automation processes
- Extended support for implemented solutions within defined parameters
4.2 Service Level Credits
For clients with ongoing service agreements, we may, at our sole discretion, offer service credits for future use instead of monetary refunds.
4.3 Final Authority
AutomationNow.io retains sole discretion in determining whether circumstances qualify for any of the above remedies.
5.1 B2B Services
Our services are designed for business clients only. As a business client, you acknowledge that consumer protection laws regarding refunds and cancellation periods may not apply to our services.
5.2 Professional Services Exclusion
Our automation services qualify as bespoke professional services, which are typically exempt from standard cancellation rights under EU directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and corresponding German legislation.
In the exceptional case of complete non-delivery as defined in Section 2, please follow this process:
1. Submit a detailed written request to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Company Name]"
2. Include your contract number, payment details, and comprehensive explanation of why you believe a complete non-delivery has occurred
3. Provide documentation supporting your claim
4. Allow up to 30 business days for review and response

7.1 Refund Method
In the rare event that a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7.2 Processing Time
Approved refunds may take up to 30 business days to process. Additional time may be required depending on your financial institution.
AutomationNow.io reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website with an updated "Last updated" date.
The Refund Policy that was in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that specific purchase.
This Refund Policy is designed to comply with applicable German and EU laws while protecting our legitimate business interests. If any provision of this policy is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
